College Advise & Road Safety Scheme

C.A.R.S.S is a totally FREE, innovative service from Around the Bend.

Any education-based establishment can opt to participate in the scheme which is aimed at helping students to gain their driving license, and stay safe on the road for life. Around the Bend will visit the college premises on set days, or participate in certain events run by the college.

Our specialist advisors will provide help and advice on a number of topics including:

 What to expect from your driving instructor
 What to expect on your practical test
 How to reduce insurance premiums
 Staying safe in the event of a breakdown

C.A.R.S.S updates.....

 

  • 8th March 2011 - Tuesday:

 We'll be at Darlington College of Technology. At this stand we'll be offering the usual help & advice to all students. We will also be offering discounts on our popular 'intensive driving courses'. The stand will be located in the main concourse.

 

  • April 12th 2011 - Tuesday:

 C.A.R.S.S stand will be located at the Student Services building at Teesside Universtiy - just at the top of the first set of stairs.
